Owned and operated by the irrepressible Donald Hancey, a renown Australian Chef and Food & Wine Ambassador; together with his internationally experienced business partner, Candice Stanley.

Heaven on Earth assists to fund undereducated, semi skilled & unemployed youth from rural villages & from within the local communities we visit. We aim to provide opportunity through facilitating training in language, & funding scholarships in hospitality, tourism & technical education.
We believe in ‘giving back’ to the generous local peoples we continue to encounter; both by fair trading with them & through providing direct community aid where need has been identified.
