As well as owning and operating Heaven on Earth Enterprises, Don Hancey & Candice Stanley are committed to voluntary contribution of personal effort and funds to enhance the lives of impoverished and disadvantaged peoples in Cambodia. YESCambodia.Org is a Western Australian voluntary, fund raising and aid projects group that is diligently governed by a high calibre Committee of Management and is being further developed by Candice Stanley and Don Hancey together with the committee they have recruited. Since 2004 YESCambodia.Org, (previously Vision Cambodia), has raised in excess of $40,000 AUD, which has been donated to the humanitarian, direct aid projects it supports in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap & Kampong Spue. Vision Cambodia was founded by Don, who in 2004 began the process of initiating and developing strong personal and donor links with Cambodian nationals, international aid groups, and the Australian Diplomatic and Business Community, in and around Phnom Penh, and Siem Reap, Cambodia. Core Mission 2009

The core mission adopted by 'YES Cambodia' in 2008 is to consolidate as an incorporated, not for profit body that is well governed by a diligent and respected Committee of Management who will oversee, and continue to direct fund raising activities in Australia, and donation applications in Cambodia. As well, the 2008 mission includes facilitating skills exchange programs between Australia and Cambodia.
